Program." The deadline for the 2008 funding has already passed,
but the deadline for 2009 funding will be up on their web site in September
of this year.

for Women in Science (AWIS) graduate fellowships. About
5-10 fellowships in the amount of $1,000 are awarded each year. In general,
female students enrolled in a behavioral, life, physical, or social
science or engineering program leading to a Ph.D. degree may apply.
