  • Biography

Born and raised on Long Island, I earned my BS in biology at LIU – Post. While at LIU – Post, my research primarily focused on restoring the local Peconic Bay scallop population. After graduating, I then joined the Biomedical Science, track Pharmacology master’s program here at Stony Brook University. During my time spent in the master’s program, I rotated in Dr. Markus Seeliger’s lab where my research focused on trying develop a system to identify substrates of an E2 enzyme in the ubiquitin system.
Currently, I am excited to work towards earning a PhD and further pursue my research interests. Outside of school, I enjoy mountain biking, and anything with an engine and wheels.
